Mini-Park Capital Improvement Project

The District has begun an ambitious project to dramatically improve the aesthetics and enjoyment of the Districts many mini-parks.  The scope of the project will include plant material installation and upgrades, installation of walking paths, installation of benches, and many other improvements.  Over the next few weeks, residents may see paint lines, construction vehicles, and landscape installation equipment present throughout the community.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may create but assure you that these encumbrances will be temporary and well work the benefits provided through these improvements.  Please feel free to review the plans and location maps that accompany this posting.  If you have further questions, please contact your Field Manager, Rick Reidt at rivercrestcdd@verizon.net.
